All sales are final. The LDMOS Transistors are not covered under any expressed or implied warranty. The seller reverses the right to substitute any component for an equivalent part of equal quality or performance.

The LDMOS transistors and/or RF semiconductors installed in these Module Boards are NOT Covered under Warranty. For repair, Buyer pays shipping cost to seller and return shipping cost back to Buyer. Before returning a module for repair, please contact the seller to coordinate the return or to request a cost estimate in advance.
All LDMOS Amplifiers are intended for use by suitably Licensed Amateur Radio Operators Only and are not intended for Citizens Band (CB) or any other radio services where local or federal regulations prohibit its use. Licensed Ham Radio operators should not operate these RF boards in the CB band. Buyer assumes fully responsibility for compliance with all local and federal (FCC) rules, regulations, and laws. Furthermore, no amplifier is to be operated above the legal power limit for the Amateur Radio band (Part 97 Amateur Radio Service sections: §97.313 - §97.317).
By purchasing this amplifier you are agreeing to all terms and conditions stated herein. This amplifier uses high levels of AC, DC, and RF electrical power. Buyer assumes full responsibility for the application and use. The Seller assumes no liability for the use of this product and is not liable for any damage to equipment or personal property. Further, the Seller assumes no liability for personal injury or fatalities that may occur to the buyer or third parties if resold. Buyer agrees to use this product at his/her own risk.
The Seller makes no warranty, or guarantees regarding the suitability of the products for any application / purpose or the continuing production of any product. It is the buyer’s responsibility to validate that a particular product with the properties described in the product specification is suitable for use in a particular application. Parameters provided in the product description and / or specifications may vary in different applications and performance may vary or change over time. The Buyer is purchasing this product “As Is” and using or reselling this product at his/her own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, the seller disclaims (i) any and all liability arising out of the application or use of any of its products, (ii) any and all liability, including without limitation special, consequential, or incidental damages, and (iii) any and all implied warranties, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, pass through warranties if product is resold, and all non-infringement rights.
